The new weekday menu is finally here. 🔥

Breast filet, wings, catfish, sandwiches, combos and family meals, all built around simple food done right.

Wednesday–Friday we’ll be open from 11AM–8PM, so whether you’re grabbing lunch, picking up dinner on the way home, or feeding the whole crew, we’ve got you covered.

And those prices? We’re proud of them. Good food, big portions, and prices that still make sense.

No breakfast items will be served on weekdays. Breakfast & brunch will stay on Saturday and Sunday. Yes, cold brew and bakery items will be available all week!

Grit & Grind Cafe is becoming two different experiences under one roof. 🔥

Wednesday–Friday, we’re lunch & dinner from 11am–8pm.
Saturday & Sunday, we’re breakfast & brunch from 7am–2pm.

It sounds different, but it actually came from listening. Weekdays and weekends simply don’t move the same. During the week, people are working, getting off work, grabbing lunch and figuring out dinner. On the weekends, people want to wake up, slow down and come eat breakfast and brunch.

So instead of fighting everyone’s schedule, we are building ours around it.

And it works for us too. We can focus on a smaller menu at one time, prep better, execute better, give our crew a better schedule and put all of our energy into what we’re actually serving that day instead of trying to do everything, all the time.

The cool part is, none of this happened overnight. The constantly changing hours, The Night Grind, lunch specials, menu changes and everything else we’ve tried over the years were all trial runs. We’ve been learning what works, what doesn’t, what y’all respond to and what makes sense for us. Every version of Grit & Grind Cafe has been part of the plan to get us here.

Thank you for being patient enough to take this journey with us. We’re excited about where we landed and even more excited to move into the next chapter of Grit & Grind.
