CEDAR PARK/NORTH AUSTIN | WE’RE MAKING A CHANGE 🤎

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision to close our Cedar Park location and put our focus into making Pflugerville our home for the Austin market.

This doesn’t mean Cranky Granny’s is done growing,we’re just becoming more intentional about where and how we grow next. 🤎

With that being said, we are officially looking for a NEW TENANT for our Cedar Park/North Austin space!

📍 10900 Lakeline Mall Drive, Suite 300
Austin, TX 78717

Approximately 1,800 sq. ft. commercial retail space located in a busy Target anchored shopping center with an existing food service buildout, large kitchen/production area, retail storefront, storage and office space.

This is NOT a sublease. Qualified prospects will work directly with the property owner regarding approval and new lease terms.

Know a restaurant, bakery, café, dessert shop or business looking for commercial space in Cedar Park or North Austin? TAG THEM or SHARE this post!

📧 [email protected] or DM us for more information.
