IT IS.......TURKEY TIME!!!

We have less than ONE week until Thanksgiving and all those delicious turkey posts have already started.

This turkey was made with love for our amazing Bible study group for our Friendsgiving Feast!!

I spatchcocked this bird and put it on the Timberline at 275° Degrees until my trusty let me know when we hit that internal temp of 165!

Babe, thank you for believing in me. Thank you for trusting my vision and supporting my hobbies and my dreams. Thank you for letting me spend way more than I should just so I could cook way more than we will ever be able to eat. Thank you for telling me everything will be ok when my bacon for my pig shots breaks and doesn't make the perfect little cups that are needed. Thank you for coming up with the sides and all the suggestions on things that I should make. Thank you for cleaning up behind me for nearly 7 hours while still taking care of everything else and cleaning the entire house before our guests arrived at 2pm.
