Few foods are as iconic to Honduras as the baleada. Often considered the country’s national dish, it began as a simple, affordable meal made with a handmade flour tortilla, beans, and crema.
Our version honors that tradition with black beans, eggs, avocado, pickled onions, and mantequilla crema. Simple, comforting, and deeply rooted in Honduran culture.
