Few foods are as iconic to Honduras as the baleada. Often considered the country’s national dish, it began as a simple, affordable meal made with a handmade flour tortilla, beans, and crema.

Our version honors that tradition with black beans, eggs, avocado, pickled onions, and mantequilla crema. Simple, comforting, and deeply rooted in Honduran culture.

For the families catching up after a long week, the friends turning dinner into hours of conversation, the coworkers celebrating small victories, and every traveler looking for a place that feels warm and alive.

We love a full house, the sound of laughter mixing with music, plates being passed around, stories shared from one table to another. And somewhere in between every meal, we share a little of our story too.
