This Saturday during Bargain Lovers Weekend we will have a yard sale at our house. Plus we will be selling Brisket or Pulled Pork Sandwiches for $10.00 each. We will start serving from 11 to 4. Here is our Cooks Bbq All Purpose Seasoning.
We use it on everything from Steaks, Eggs, Vegetables, Roasts even in my Macaroni and Potato Salad.
If you have had the Mattole Grange Bbq in the past 15 or so years it has been the seasoning on your roast or if you have had any of my catering in the past 20 years it is the seasoning used on all of our meat.

We are now selling it.

Cook's BBQ will be at the Humboldt County Fair this year... We will be under the grandstands...Next to the Bar... in the horse races....We will be serving Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Pit BBQ Beef Sandwiches and much more....Come by and check us out and have something to eat....See You at the Fair
