We will be running our “Happy Mama” as a special. A piece of buttered toast of your choice topped with pesto, bacon and 2 eggs your way. Garnished with baby spinach lightly tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette, parmesan cheese and scallions. Served with choice of side.
