Our flavors come from fresh ingredients cooked perfectly to preserved their nutrients, flavor and smell to be enjoyed by you. Thai recipes calls upon a great variety of exotic herbs and spices to create that mouth watering taste now savored by many all over the world. In addition to sweet, sour, salty, and creamy, Thai food adds on a fifth element, Spicy. However, the misconception is that Thai food is made to be hot, most dishes actually comes with no spice, except for curry dishes, which are naturally made from pepper and will have that ’special zing’, even at its mildest level. Chili peppers are often added to enhance the enjoyment of their complex flavor, producing a burning sensation if you enjoy or dare! We invite you to experiment by selecting level of hotness that is right for you. SPICE LEVELS:
Mild = A few pepper flakes, No Burn Yet
Medium = ½ teaspoon of pepper flakes, A Little Burn
Hot = 1 teaspoon of pepper flakes, Feeling The Burn
Extra Hot = 2 teaspoons of pepper flakes, On Fire!
