We will be CLOSED today. As much as we wanted to serve Reubens on Saint Patrick’s Day, Mother Nature had different plans. Most of our staff are still buried in snow, and the deli won’t be plowed until this afternoon. We are planning on being open on Wednesday. If things change, I’ll post it here. Stay safe everyone!

And also because Michigan got beat in the Big 10 Championship game, and Brad needs a day to lick his wounds. 😂

Since the news got out that we are closing the end of March, we have been SLAMMED with customers trying to get their last fix. Please be patient with our lines. We have only two people making sandwiches. Because of this, we are no longer accepting group orders to-go.

We have a two sandwich limit per person for any to-go order. Also, our menu is changing daily based on availability of certain items. Please, do not refer to any online menus (I removed all the ones that I could), chances are, we won’t have what you’re looking for. The best way to see what we have is to come in and see us.

For 50 years, Cormack's has provided Petoskey with "huge portions of awesome food." On Friday, March 27th 2026, Cormack’s Deli will close its doors.

From its beginning as Cormack's Little Sausage House on Spring Street, the Cormack family has added and evolved into the icon it is today.

In a 2008 interview with the News-Review, the Cormacks agreed the best part of their decades-long family business was “being together.” They credit their customers for their success. “Most of the people who come in have been our customers the whole time we’ve been open. The people in this town have really made our business — the people who live here year-round.”
