For his birthday, Bryce wanted to create his own burrito recipe. Any proceeds from his respite go directly to him. The “Reaper-Rito” is a jalapeño cheddar wrap, with bacon AND sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, and a spicy pepper jack cheese.

Looking for an easy dinner tomorrow? Or something to throw in the freezer for when the in-laws are over and you want to realllly impress?

We have 1 order available of a dish we created for a private customer and just fell in love with the recipe:

Gnochhi Fra Diavolo:
Pan Fired gnocchi, with home made red sauce (petite Italian tomatoes, roasted red pepper, roasted cayenne pepper), Tri-color belll peppers, and a heaping pile (24 oz) of Italian chicken!

Delivery available this afternoon in town, other arrangements available as well! First to call it gets it for 40 dollars!

One of our family favorites! And we delivered a no doubter home run for our Petoskey Baseball Club family at last weekend’s tournament!
This week’s menu is Blackstone Tortellini
Cheese Totrtellini, zucchini, smoked kielbasa, blistered cherry tomatoes, and spinach tossed in an Italian style vinaigrette. This is going to be a game winner every time! Vacuum sealed so you can pop it in the freezer and save it for a rainy day, or throw it in the oven right away!

We have a few weeks between baseball
Tournaments so we will be restocking on breakfast burritos. Now would be a good time to re stock or make your first order.
Each burrito is ten ounces, and has hash brown, egg, cheese, and sausage.

These are great for workers in the trades, atheletes on the go, or just as a go to breakfast option that won’t break the bank!

Have Memorial Day plans but don’t want to cook?

We are thinking of doing a BBQ cook this week but wanted to see what level of interest everyone has before we put the meat on the grill so to speak….

We’ve got brisket on the mind! Because of the time commitment and cost, I’m going to take pre orders for brisket. It will be 17/lb, order more than 3 pounds and it’s 15/lb.

BBQ Smoked Pork: Seasoned with our house seasoning blend and slow smoked. 14/lb. Three pounds or more: 12/lb.

Homemade coleslaw, bbq smoked beans are all available to order as well.
