Happy Aloha Friday 🌺🤙

Fresh bread coming out of the oven every morning is something we take a lot of pride in 🍞🔥 Every bun, loaf, pizza dough, and baked item is made fresh in the only 100% dedicated gluten free kitchen in Petoskey and surrounding areas.

We never wanted “good for gluten free.”We wanted real bread. Real flavor. Real experience.

Many people have been asking if we sell our burger buns, lobster roll buns, or sandwich bread separately. We would absolutely love to someday 🙌 Maybe in the future!

For now, you can enjoy them the way we intended with smash burgers, lobster rolls, and Hawaiian inspired flavors 🌺🍔🦞

Today we celebrated birthdays, pregnancies, anniversaries, and new business relationships 🎉❤️ If you are celebrating anything at all, this is the spot 🌺🤙

☀️ Breakfast in Petoskey is officially waking up earlier… and faster than we expected 👀🍳

🔥 Triple Batches of Cinny’s need to be baked DAILY now 😅🍥

🌊 Summer season is already sneaking into downtown and you can feel the energy building every single day 🌺

🥤 People will absolutely walk into a restaurant “just to look around” and somehow leave with cheesecake, poke, a drink, and 3 desserts 😂

🍞 Fresh baked bread coming out of the oven still stops us in our tracks every single time 🤤

🧁 The vending machines do not believe in “slow days” anymore 😭🤖

🌴 Hawaii comfort food and gluten free food together is becoming its own little movement here in Northern Michigan 🌈

❤️ Safe food changes people more than most realize. Watching guests relax and eat without fear never gets old.

And honestly… we’re learning this restaurant keeps evolving faster than we can even plan for. 🚀✨

Fun fact: Rain doesn’t actually have a smell… the earthy scent you notice is called petrichor 🌎✨ It happens when rain hits dry soil and releases natural oils and compounds into the air. That cozy “rain smell” is literally nature cooking up chemistry 🧪🌧️
