For our last day, Saturday's Special for breakfast is the Biscuits and Gravy. Lunch we will have Taco Salad and Ham Steak Specials. The evening Special, after 4:00 is a Stromboli with Chip and a Cookie! Hot Ham and Cheese or Cheeseburger with a cup of Chili are always popular. Perpetual motion. She gets here early, stays late and in-between each move is calculated. Angela was my real estate assistant when we opened the café. And then there is Amanda. Amanda Jean Evans Morgan aka Mandy. I knew her when she was a kid as "Larry's daughter." Through the years we occasionally spoke. In the early days of the café she came in with her family. They sat at the bar. We had a rush of customers and she told me, "You need my help." And here we are. Thanks, Mandy.
