Since opening our doors in 2007, Kogetsu has grown one step at a time. Looking back, every milestone has come through hard work, perseverance, and the support of our wonderful customers. The journey has never been easy, but it has always been meaningful.
From the very beginning, we have stayed true to one simple belief: serve food that is made with care, by hand, and prepared fresh for every guest.
As the restaurant industry has changed over the years, many kitchens have turned to pre-made or pre-packaged meals for convenience. At Kogetsu, we have chosen a different path. We continue to prepare our food by hand and cook each order only after it is placed. We believe that fresh, made-to-order food is not just about quality—it is a way of showing respect for every customer who chooses to dine with us.
We have never claimed to be the best restaurant, and we never will. There is always room to learn, improve, and grow. Instead of saying how good we are, we simply do our very best every single day.
Every dish that leaves our kitchen represents our commitment to quality, consistency, and care. We pay attention to the little details because we believe they make the biggest difference.
Most importantly, we want to thank all of our customers and friends who have supported Kogetsu throughout the years. Your trust, encouragement, and honest feedback have helped us become better with each passing year. Every kind word, every suggestion, and every visit has been a part of our journey.
Without your support, Kogetsu would not be where it is today.
