Introducing our (not so new) Front of House Manager, Hilary!
Raised in Dublin and Peterborough, Hilary has spent years working in customer service and getting to know the community. You may even recognize her bubbly personality from some familiar local coffee shops and general stores!
After a few years as a General Manager at a truck stop in Montana, Hilary has officially found her way home, and we couldn’t be happier to have her at the Bagel Mill.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Hilary hiking, spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her pup Yum Yum, enjoying live music, or absolutely butchering karaoke on Monday nights.
Hilary is excited to be back in the community, bring some new additions to the menu, and add plenty of happy vibes to the Bagel Mill.
