Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the USDA scale at its highest rating. Our menu items change according to different produce and seafood seasons. This is our way to get the freshest ingredients from the fields and the sea, to you! Much of the seafood we purchase is line & rod caught, and all of it is sustainably harvested.

Our 14oz. Wagyu Ribeye Steaks come from Beeman Ranch. Their USDA facility is known for producing healthy, nutritious beef, all raised in beautiful foothill pastures where they graze on a 100% grass-fed diet. ⁠All Beeman Ranch steaks are hand-cut and dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness of the meat.

The staff is very friendly and consistently checked in to make sure we had our drinks filled and we were doing okay. The menu has so many delicious options it was hard to choose! "The food at Seared is always so good. Everything tastes fresh, high quality, and thoughtfully prepared, and the presentation is beautiful without feeling over the top. This visit we had the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, plus a seafood entrée, and both were absolutely delicious. One thing I really appreciate is the consistency. "Really enjoyed this place. Another great restaurant in Petaluma. Ordered the short rib for an entree, corn and calamari for an appetizer, and sticky toffee cake for dessert. My Dad and sister ordered steaks. I tried their steaks and they were tasty. Im not a steak person so if I like it...well it must be good. The staff was friendly.
