Tortilla Real The Flores Family's traditional Mexican dishes and flavors are sourced from our ancestors' recipes that originated in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

They are not only the inspiration, they are the passion. We are committed to honoring our Mexican traditions. Our culinary roots go back to a big family and warm kitchen in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where our mom and grandmothers gave us a taste for cooking from scratch. No matter how early or late the meal was– the tortillas would be made by hand, and the salsas carefully crafted to bring out the fla

vor. To this day, our favorite foods, including homemade Carnitas and Birria Tapatia, are among the most time-consuming to prepare; but that is what makes them delicious.
