To our Sonoma County community, and beloved guests, it is with heavy hearts and high hopes towards the future that we are announcing the closing of Zimi Pizza located at The Block in Petaluma Our last day of service will be August 31st, 2024, so please come out and help us say goodbye.

Over the last 4 years, it has been an honor to provide high-quality, globally inspired food to our Petaluma community. Our menu is close to our hearts, as many of our culinary creations are rooted in our heritage and traditional family recipes.

Even closer to our hearts are our guests, our team members, and the community that we have cultivated during our time in Petaluma. While Zimi may have been most known for creating unique culinary dishes, we also took much pride in creating job opportunities for our talented team members sponsoring fundraisers for our local schools and providing fresh meals to our community, all while helping to make countless made from scratch memories over care-driven cuisine.

For everyone who has supported us while enjoying our menu filled with fearless flavor combinations , we sincerely thank you.

It has been a difficult few years for many restaurants In terms of labor increases, food costs, and supply chain issues, as well as many other unforeseen challenges That have arisen in the hospitality industry following the pandemic. we make this decision knowing it will allow our family business to move forward and our mission to have a positive, long-standing impact on this community. Our goal was to create a family-friendly neighborhood Communal place where everyone could expect Wow-worthy food made with wholesome internationally sourced ingredients while giving you a taste of our greek homeland and beyond.

We see food and restaurants as a tool to bring people together and a way to cultivate community.
We are proud to have had the opportunity to feed this community and grateful to have been a reason for people to congregate laugh and be nourished. We are proud to be a part of the Sonoma County restaurant and hospitality community, and this is not goodbye.

From all of us at zimi , our wish is to celebrate this transition, and we invite our remarkable community to rally around zimi for the next month as our last date of service will be August 31, 2024. Order catering, come order your favorite to-go's, or try some of our new menu items you've been aching to taste. Tell your friends and bring your family!

To our pizza lovers, staff, local suppliers, producers, collaborators, guests, and regulars, We offer our deepest thanks and whole hearted gratitude for all of your support. Zimi was made special because of you, and we hope to see you and your appetites in the final weeks to follow. Even more, we can't wait to see you all at our food trucks, Dino's Greek Food Truck, and Persian Version.

As we move into this phase for zimi, you can follow us and enjoy our culinary creations from our food trucks in various locations all over sonoma County. We will be regulars in Petaluma. We look forward to seeing all of our incredible guests through the remainder of August and at our food trucks, and we appreciate all of your support in advance.
