We hope to serve our customers with great service that our customer will leave Bayou with a full stomach and big smile on their face. fs has been working with big majoring restaurants. Bayou express officially opened its doors to the public on July 13 2013 in the city of Peru Illinois. In November 2 2014 Bayou Express opened their second location in the city of Bloomington Illinois. On Behalf of Bayou Express we would like to formerly present you to our chefs. We have our head chefs Rafael Diaz who created our secret ingredient for our special sauces and Rene who gives the final touches to each dish. We also have our master sushi chef Greg who's master the art of creating each sushi dish into a beautiful masterpiece.
