This Thursday through Sunday, let us introduce you to our Saucy Hog BBQ Sandwich! This sandwich has roots in cuisine from the Yucatan Peninsula. The results are tender, flavorful pork that has an earthy and slightly tangy taste. Our pork is seasoned, pit smoked, and then slow-roasted in our homemade sauce, crafted with regional seasonings and a local beer, creating a rich, tangy, beer-braised flavor that you won't find anywhere else. We pile it high on a toasted bun, top it with crispy French fried onions for the perfect crunch, and serve it with your choice of side and pickles. It's comfort food done right, and you won't want to miss it!

To make the meal even better, add our homemade Cream of Asparagus Soup that is available all week or have it served with a piece of cornbread.

And of course, no meal is complete without bread pudding! Every week we feature a new flavor, and this week's customer favorite is our Pineapple Upside Down Bread Pudding topped with a delicious rum glaze. It's the perfect sweet ending to your meal!

Not quite as American as apple pie… but maybe even better.

We used fresh local peaches from Country Kids Produce to create our Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding. It's our original warm bread pudding loaded with sweet peach topping, rich brown sugar glaze, vanilla icing, and buttery streusel. So good!

This week at Stone Jug BBQ, we’re kicking off the Fourth of July weekend with the All-American Smokehouse Smash Burger. We start with a juicy 1/3 pound smash burger topped with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, house-made pickles, candied bacon, and an SJB house sauce all on a toasted bun, served with fresh corn on the cob, and your choice of side.
Pair this with our featured side, a Dill Pickle Potato Salad, so good it might cool you down better than the AC.
Our Pork Rib Minestrone is a hearty, slow-simmered soup loaded with tender, fall-apart pork rib meat cooked low and slow in a savory tomato-based broth with a blend of vegetables, herbs, and seasonings that bring classic minestrone comfort with a smoky BBQ twist. We finish it with cavatappi noodles and a piece of cornbread.
Finish out this all American meal with our Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding made with peach topping, brown sugar glaze, vanilla icing, and streusel all piled onto warm bread pudding. It’s sweet, messy, and absolutely worth every bite of this summer dream.
