About Our Coffee: our selections are from the countries Brazil, Peru, Columbia, Guatemala. And now Costa Rica!

🇨🇴Colombian known for a smooth taste, not much of a bite.
🇧🇷 Brazilian, a little nuttiness to it, stronger flavor.
🇵🇪 Peruvian, roasted a little darker. Full body taste.
🇬🇹 Guatemalan, balance, versatility, and distinctive flavor profile.

We do sell coffee by the pound. Yes, we grind on premises. Roasts can be light medium or dark.

John, our Store Manager is thirty years in on his food, beverage and coffee knowledge. Got questions, he's got answers!

🔸Last Saturday Night, the Mood Swings 80s & 90s dance party was a blast!

🔸Today we host the Nature’s Care & Wellness golf tournament reception!

🔸Tomorrow 8am-10am we host a breakfast stop for the Havre De Grace motorcycle weekend! Thank you in advance to all the riders we are expecting.

🔸Espresso and Milk Drinks

✨ Macchiato: A single or double espresso "marked" with a dollop of foamed milk.

✨ Cortado: Equal parts espresso and steamed milk, designed to cut the acidity without adding thick foam.

✨ Cappuccino: Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and thick milk foam.Flat White:

✨Espresso combined with microfoam (steamed milk with tiny bubbles), offering a stronger coffee flavor than a latte.

✨Latte: A shot of espresso with a large amount of steamed milk and a light layer of foam.Mocha: A latte with added chocolate syrup or powder.

🔸Brewed and Cold Coffee

✨Drip / Filter Coffee: Hot water passed slowly through ground coffee via gravity.

✨French Press: Coarse coffee grounds steeped in hot water and then separated with a metal mesh plunger.

✨Cold Brew: Coarsely ground coffee steeped in cool water for 12 to 24 hours for a smooth, low-acid flavor.
