The weather's beautiful, the patio's calling, and we're showing up this week with a full-on "Don't Give Up The Ship" attitude. Sure, life gets hectic, the to-do lists keep multiplying, and adulthood continues to be wildly overrated, but our culinary crew has been hard at work weaving together international inspiration and All-American ingenuity into a lineup worth dropping anchor for.

First up Double Dry Hopped Express Way by Trillium Brewing Company. This New England IPA is double dry hopped with Peacharine hops, delivering waves of juicy stone fruit character and the soft, pillowy mouthfeel that Trillium fans have come to expect.

Next up The Best Citra by WeldWerks Brewing Co. in collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World. When two hop-obsessed breweries decide to answer the question, "How much Citra is too much Citra?" the answer is apparently, "More." Brewed with multiple expressions of Citra hops, this Imperial Hazy IPA bursts with citrus, tropical fruit, and enough hop character to make your compass spin.
