Schools done for the year and vacation season has started. Our family used to go to California every year for Ocean therapy. Likely will not be able to go this year though.

So I’ll have to live thru the lives of our followers. What are you planning this summer?

It’s a proud parent moment for me but the message conveyed is the important part of the posting.

Today we are doing something we’ve never done before. A new Specials menu item. Our taste testers Ms Brenda and Mr Butch have given their seal of approval. If Tiffany Hicks were around, I would asked her to test it first, but she isn’t. Mr Butch’s reaction to tasting it is posted below.

Today’s Special: Southern Style Pimento Cheese Burger. Served with romaine lettuce and Roma tomatoes and the side of your choosing.

A couple weeks ago, a friend asked if she could get something that we occasionally offered on our food truck. That day the answer was no because we didn’t have the correct ingredients for it. But today we do. This one’s for you Ms Olivia.
