Ricks BBQ Ricks BBQ Catering specializes in home cooked BBQ. Tender ribs, spicy hot links and flavor filled BBQ chicken is what we do most.

Our BBQ is slow cooked so that it is tender and juicy.Many people who eat our beef ribs are astonished at how tender they are and they always come back for more. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we strive to make sure all our customers are happy with our BBQ. Our main revenue stream is from our catering business. However we have been swamped with requests for individual plates. Since we aim to please our clients we will be offering this service in the near future.

Beef rib dinner with green beans and homemade macaroni and cheese. The ribs are Blue Ribbon Beef Ribs and can't be purchased in a store. The macaroni and cheese is made with three cheeses and six seasonings. The green beans are seasoned and have onions added.

Our Blue Ribbon Beef Ribs stole the show at our last catering event. These ribs are the largest you've ever seen and you can't get them in the grocery store. We slow smoke them until they're tender enough to fall off the bone.
