Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re going to have to close a little early today at approximately 5:30PM.

We currently have ONE employee doing her best to finish out this last hour by herself, so please, please be kind, be patient, and show her some grace. 🫶🏻

She’s holding it down for us and we appreciate her more than she knows!

MISSISSIPPI FOOD TRUCKS… CAN WE GET ON BOARD?! 🚨

Ever wonder why a food truck can’t just show up in your area???

Most people see the fun part.

The truck pulls up.
The window opens.
The food comes out.
Everybody has a good time.

What you DON’T see is the mountain of paperwork behind that one stop.

Food truck owners are exhausted from navigating permit after permit just to travel from one Mississippi community to another. For us alone, that’s 30+ permits and thousands of dollars a year in permitting-related costs.

Meanwhile, Florida has statewide preemption for mobile-food licensing, Texas launched a statewide mobile-food-vendor license in July 2026, and Alabama passed legislation creating statewide recognition of qualifying health and fire inspections beginning in 2027.

We aren’t asking for fewer safety standards. We’re asking for a simpler, consistent statewide system.
