Between being a busy mom, businesswoman, and everything else that fills my mornings, afternoons, and evenings, I’m constantly on the go. And going through perimenopause has made me much more intentional about making sure I’m actually fueling my body along the way.

That’s where our smoothies have really helped me. On the days when I haven’t been able to sit down for a full meal—or just need something to hold me over in between—I can grab something with protein, fruit, fiber, and healthy fats instead of looking up hours later and realizing I haven’t eaten.

This morning, I went for our 💜 Almond Butter Jelly Time:

Almond milk • mixed berries • banana • chia seeds • vanilla protein • almond butter

For me, it’s about having a nutrient-packed option for those very real days when life is LIFE-ING and sitting down for a full meal just isn’t happening.

I know I’m not the only one wearing a lot of hats and trying to make sure I’m taking care of myself while taking care of everything—and everyone—else. 💜

Labor Day is about honoring the people whose work, dedication and care keep our communities moving forward—and today, we’re especially grateful for our So Fresh & So Green team. 💚
