These gentlemen were in The Pickle Factory yesterday. The two on the outside are Jim and J.D., friends of John, in the middle who lives in Pepin. Both are 65 years old and former college roommates. They are riding from the Mississippi River Trail headwaters in Itasca past New Orleans to the Gulf. They were 500 miles into a 2000 mile ride to raise money for Tunnel to Towers. ☕ BEARFISH IS HIRING! ☕
I’m looking for a few awesome people!

#1) I'm looking for someone to work at Bearfish Brew at Lake Pepin 2- 3 days a week. There may also be an option for that person to add a few days at our BEARFISH BREW coffee trailer in Durand this Fall & then again when Spring starts- if you’re looking for more hours we can chat!

#2) Also looking for someone to work weekends throughout the school year to help out the Rockstar staff I already have in place.

We will close the trailer when it gets too cold, and the shop in Pepin will close for January.

You DON'T need coffeeshop experience. I can teach you how to make our drinks, bowls, and how we do everything. What I can’t teach though is just being the kind of person who genuinely enjoys people. ❤️ Even if you’re a little shy, don’t count yourself out — we’ve watched people really come out of their shell working here!
I’m looking for staff who are:
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work independently
• Friendly, welcoming and comfortable talking with people
• Someone who can have a REAL conversation with our customers - and maybe make their day a little brighter
• Familiar with the Pepin/Buffalo County area enough to suggest things to see and do for tourists is a definite bonus!

And let’s talk about the job itself…
The pay isn’t a million dollars an hour. 😂 We’re selling coffee here, so let’s just get those expectations off the table right away.
BUT…it’s fun and generout tips can be had for the right staff. 👍 The hours are pretty great. It’s not a high-stress job. You’ll have awesome coworkers, some pretty fantastic customers, a fun & great environment to work, and at the end of the day you get to go home and not worry about your job. There’s something to be said for that. Oh and a pretty stellar boss! 😁

Most importantly, the people I hire have to be the right fit. We work closely together, we help each other, and we work really well as a team. Bearfish Brew is my business and livelihood...and something I care very deeply about, so every person I hire is a direct reflection of me and the experience I want people to have when they walk through our doors or step up to order and spend their hard-earned dollars with us. 💕
