I want to say something, and this is not intended to be a political post. As many of you know, we try to remain "Switzerland" on most issues and welcome respectful conversations from all sides.
That said, I would be happy to host a community discussion at the restaurant where both the pros and cons of the proposed data centers can be presented and discussed openly. I believe people deserve the opportunity to hear all viewpoints and ask questions.
As of today, based on the information available to us, we are opposed to the data centers. However, we remain open to listening, learning, and encouraging respectful dialogue within our community.

6/5 – The saga of "what's next" continues! 🌧️
It's a rainy, gloomy day, but at least it's warm! We definitely needed the rain—the cornfields were starting to look a little parched.
If you love listening to the rain while enjoying a great meal, we have the perfect spot for you tonight. No tap beer at the moment, but we've got hot, fresh pizza, cold bottled beverages, and plenty of cozy atmosphere waiting for you.

We really can’t make this stuff up. At this point, we’re one minor inconvenience away from a documentary series. 😂

Unfortunately, we will NOT have keg beer ALL weekend. Apparently when our walk-in cooler went down, it also decided to take the glycol system hostage. Since the beer lines run from the cooler to the taps, we need the glycol system to keep the beer cold… unless you enjoy warm draft beer, which apparently some countries tolerate, but around here we believe beer should actually be cold. 🍺

The magical mystery part we need won’t arrive until Tuesday, because of course it won’t.

We DO still have canned beer, bottled beer, mixed drinks, pizza, and our sparkling personalities.

Hours this weekend:
Thursday: 4pm–8:30pm
Friday & Saturday: 4pm–9pm
Sunday: 4pm–8pm

Thanks for hanging in there with us through what feels like the world’s longest episode of “What Else Could Go Wrong?” 😂

PLEASE SHARE: 5/27 — It’s a beautiful day… perfect weather, slight breeze, ideal for outdoor dining… and naturally, WE ARE CLOSED until further notice. 😅

Late Saturday afternoon our walk-in cooler decided it had officially retired from the pizza business. We called for repairs immediately, but now we’re waiting on the insurance company to give us permission to fix it. Apparently, the claims process moves at about the same speed as watching paint dry… indoors… with no fan.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through this. If all goes as planned, we hope to reopen next week!

Happy Memorial Day. Thank you to all who mourn and remember the ones who sacrificed everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸
We will be closed until further notice due to a refrigerator issue. We are hoping for a quick and easy fix and will keep everyone updated. Thank you for your understanding and support.
