Chiles en Nogada is one of Mexico’s most symbolic seasonal dishes. Traditionally, a poblano chile is filled with savory-sweet picadillo, covered in creamy walnut nogada, then finished with pomegranate and parsley.

Green. White. Red. The colors of the Mexican flag. ❤️🤍💚

Born in Puebla and closely tied to Mexico’s independence story, it has become a beloved part of Fiestas Patrias, Mexico’s patriotic celebrations surrounding Independence Day, and a way to celebrate Mexican history, culture, and pride through food.

Yep, you can officially go bigger.

Your dinner for two still comes with Caesar salads, roasted asparagus, whipped mashed potatoes, pan de elote, and a bottle of house Cabernet or Petite Sirah.

Every Santo Agave steak begins in our enclosed Josper charcoal oven, where intense, controlled heat creates a beautifully seared crust while keeping the center tender and juicy.

Because the mesquite charcoal and smoke stay inside with the steak, every cut takes on that deep, smoky flavor an ordinary open grill simply can’t replicate.
