SOLD OUT again last night!! We truly cant thank yall enough. It was an amazing week! Our first time ever running a brick and mortar, and a privilege to be able to do so. To have experienced a full house BOTH NIGHTS of service - it made all our hard work and all the extra repairs on the truck worth it 1000x over.

We also wanna thank everyone for their patience in shop last night. We did not expect such a fantastic turnout and we actually ran both services with only 3 people in shop - with Josh behind the grill, Sav on the line, and Mama Kalmes on check-out. It was a dream team for a dream service and we are so humbly grateful to have had that opportunity.

THANK YOU for giving us the opportunity to do what we love over and over again each night, for showing up with smiles and overwhelmingly positive feedback, for all of the support that has gotten us this far - thank you. We can't wait to get back on the truck again next week and continue living this dream.

Hey y'all! We have a bit of an update. Unfortunately, we are going to have to close for service this week due to the severe damage to our AC. We are beyond bummed, but we are in a bit of a unique situation and our hands are tied.

There was an accident on the drive into our first service today that caused the AC to collapse. It's currently hanging by the freon lines. It is stable for now, but we can't move the trailer until we get a tech out to cap it or it might bust the lines, and we can't get a tech out until next week because everyone's booked due to the heat wave.

With that being said, we plan to be back next week and ready for action! We aren't gonna let this get us down. We can't wait to see everyone and we are amped to get back to doing what we love. As always, we appreciate y'all endlessly for all the support and patience. We couldn't do it without you guys!!
