Hello coffee lovers! Let me reintroduce myself. My name is Alice Michlik, and I’m the proud new owner of Birdhouse Coffee!

A little bit about me…

• I was raised in Peoria, Illinois, and I’ve always dreamed of owning a business that brings people together.

• I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fordham University in New York. There, I developed a heart for strategy, service, and discipline. While studying, I worked various food service jobs all over Manhattan and discovered my passion for coffee.

• When I learned that Margi and Steve—friends from church and the lovely previous owners—were selling the truck, I knew I couldn’t pass the opportunity!

It truly feels like a dream come true to step into this role. I hope to own a physical shop some day, but until then I can’t wait to meet you, serve you your favorite drinks, and continue to make this truck a place of reliability and coziness.
