This week we have to say goodbye to Rian. One of the most steady, reliable and amazing humans we’ve had at Union. Her consistency, calm presence and quiet strength have brought so much over these last few years, showing up day after day. We’re so sad she’s leaving, but excited for her new journey in pursuing engineering, we can’t think of a better fit for this problem solver!

We can’t believe it’s Kyle’s last week at Union. It’s not easy saying goodbye to someone who’s been the heart of our bar and a favorite face behind the counter. 🥲 Kyle has been more than just a barista—he’s made sure the customer gets the best possible experience, always going the extra mile, making sure we’re fully stocked with stickers for the kids, focused on every detail, and steady through every rush.

We’re beyond grateful for the care, consistency, and kindness he brought to every shift. Wishing him nothing but the best on his new adventure in North Carolina! Make sure to stop in this week to say goodbye!
