Watch closely and youā€™ll notice something. Each gaucho takes a second before cutting, making sure itā€™s the best piece on the skewer. That little pause is for you šŸ„©šŸ¤¤

Thereā€™s more to rodĆzio than the meat. Weā€™ve got a full salad bar with different greens, dressings, and fresh veggies. Fruit, cheeses, and cold cuts too. On the hot side, garlic mashed potatoes, rice and beans, fried plantains, polenta, soup, and more. Something for everyone, whether youā€™re vegetarian, picky, or just want to load up before the meat even starts.

The only notifications that matter here are ā€˜more meat?ā€™ šŸ¤¤
