We’re excited to introduce Jeremy, the newest bartender at Suite Fire Bar + Grille! 🔥

And Jeremy is already making his mark behind the bar with two fall cocktails he created himself. 👏

🍎 RED APPLETINI — $10
A luscious blend of red apple vodka, Grand Marnier, fresh lemon, and apple juice, finished with rich caramel for a sweet, tart and indulgent martini.

Jeremy created this drink to capture the comforting flavors of apple and cinnamon in a sophisticated martini. The bright, fruity apple base is balanced with fresh lemon to keep it from becoming overly sweet. 🍎🍋

🥃 WH***EY AUTUMN PUNCH — $10
A smooth bourbon cocktail with crisp apple, bright lemon and warm cinnamon spice, finished with subtle bitters for a perfectly balanced, autumn-inspired flavor. 🍂

Take a peek in our kitchen!

🥩 Did you know we cut our own steaks at Suite Fire? 🔥

There’s a lot of skill and care that goes into the steaks we serve, and today we’re giving a shoutout to Austin and Gareth! 👏

Austin has been a valued part of the Suite Fire team for some time, while Gareth is taking on more responsibility and putting the skills he’s learning at ICC into practice. He’s studying how to butcher a variety of cuts, including steaks, and we love seeing him put those skills to work! 🔪🥩

Gareth hopes to eventually open his own restaurant, so getting hands-on experience at Suite Fire allows him to put what he’s learning at ICC into practice while gaining valuable experience that complements what he’s learning in school.

It takes a great team behind the scenes to bring your dinner to the table!

Thank you, Austin and Gareth, for all you do for Suite Fire! 👏🔥
