We found one of our new all-time favorite breakfast restaurants here in Peoria: Le Peep of Peoria 🍳

The staff & service was exceptional. Audrey was our server and was amazing! With short wait times and the food coming out perfectly. They’ve got an extensive menu full of crepes, skillets, pancakes, omelets and more. And their kids’ menu is awesome!

Here’s what we got 😎

For starters:

You gotta go with the Gooey Buns! It’s an English muffin broiled with brown sugar, cinnamon and almonds. Served with cream cheese and what Le Peep calls Mama’s Sassy Apples!

I also got a Cinnamon Roll Iced latte which was wonderful. I’d definitely order it again!

Bennett got the Funny Face pancake 🥞 topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. He loved it!

Mattie enjoyed her pancakes, eggs and sausage - which comes as a combo found on the kids’ menu.

Rachel ordered the Monte Cristo Crepes! Filled with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese and bacon! Served with strawberry sauce to dip them in and it came with crispy potatoes and a Parmesan roll. She said it was fantastic!

I got the Down Home Sausage skillet which was perfection. Picture crispy potatoes, sausage, cheese and green peppers (it normally comes with onions but I got it without) and two basted eggs on top. This is like the perfect savory breakfast meal for me. Everything was cooked just right, it was filling (I have plenty of leftovers) and I’d highly recommend it.

If you haven’t been to Le Peep yet, this is your sign. They’re open 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM seven days a week.
