WE’RE NOT NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN.

Everybody’s making Nashville hot chicken.

Nashville. Chicago. Peoria. Everywhere.

And honestly, we get it.

Nashville hot chicken is delicious.

But that’s not what BrightBird is.

We wanted to build a chicken sandwich that tasted like us.

Our chicken has more cowbell than we should probably legally be allowed to put on a sandwich.

It’s salty. Acidic. Bright. Crunchy. Savory. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes spicy. Usually a little messy.

There’s pickle. There’s heat. There’s sauce. There’s crunch. There are flavors coming at you from every direction, but they’re there for a reason.

We’ll glaze it in Red Honey. Drown it in Pepper Sauce. Hit it with Magic. Put a hash brown on it. Get weird with our Japanese Curry.

We’re not interested in making the hottest chicken sandwich in town.

We’re interested in making the one you’re still thinking about tomorrow.

This isn’t Nashville.

It’s BrightBird.

And we like it loud.
