📢 REMINDER: The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority has issued a systemwide precautionary boil water notice for all ECUA water customers following the impacts of Hurricane Isaias.

The precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until ECUA confirms that the water is safe for normal use. ECUA will notify its customers when the notice has been lifted.

The notice has been issued as a precaution to protect public health following the storm. Customers should assume their water may be affected and take the necessary precautions until ECUA announces that the notice has been lifted.

Until further notice, customers should bring tap water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes or preparing food. Allow the water to cool before use.

Customers may also use commercially bottled water for these purposes.
