For the 17th year, Jackson’s Steakhouse is proud to once again present a food and wine dinner, “𝙑𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚,” on Tuesday, July 14, at 5:30 p.m. 🇫🇷

Bastille Day, or la Fête du 14 juillet, is France’s national holiday commemorating the 1789 storming of the Bastille, marking the end of the French Revolution and the start of French independence.

🎻We are proud to once again partner with the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra for the thirteenth annual “𝑫𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅“ event on Thursday, June 25, at Jackson’s Steakhouse.

This is a wonderful opportunity that will offer newcomers and symphony enthusiasts alike an evening dinner performance by Pensacola Symphony musicians; Molly Hollingsworth and William Jackson, both on violin. Musical selections for the evening will feature a variety of favorite classics and light pops. Guests are sure to delight in the range of musical styles 🎶

There will be two seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature for the event: braised prime short rib with rice pilaf, roasted snip-top carrots and pan jus 🥩

For the 17th consecutive year, we are proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐚 on Thursday, February 5, at Jackson’s Steakhouse.

Pensacola Opera’s Jan Miller Studio Artists program continues to provide training and performance experience for young opera professionals. In residence here in Pensacola January through March, these artists perform roles on the main stage and appear in numerous educational and community outreach programs — as well as perform at Jackson’s!

Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2026 artists are Denique Isaac(soprano), Christine Boddicker (mezzo-soprano), Xiaojie Ji (tenor), Jason Edelstein (baritone) with Marine Eckert accompanying on the piano.
