Hope everyone is having a good start to their week so far! I wanted to let y'all know I'm going to have a website up soon! With that being said, I've been working on a menu to provide to you guys along with items I don't usually bring to the market but can make. The following is the menu so far but just an idea of what I can offer for catering, small gifts, gift to yourself 😋, celebrations etc:

Wonderful commissary and great people running it!

Good Afternoon to you all. We will be taking a few weeks off from our marketplace. The weather has been rough and we have many things going on with the Upgrades being done with The Commissary kitchen in the next 2 weeks. We need time to finish our projects and refine our strategies for the flow of the Market. We have established a solid bond with West Florida High School and their AG program! We will soon have their goods to be sold at the Market! Many types of Veggies, herbs, spices etc.. Also, we will be collaborating with Shady Magnolia Homestead! wait until you see what we will be doing with them! Please continue to follow our progress and wait for our post to restart our Thursday Markets!

Set up this morning at Palafox Market. Different spot today but shouldn't be hard as I'm just as you get off Palafox street into the plaza. Luckily I won't have to walk so far for Vivianastortillas tacos 😋

Plenty to come check out! Weather is looking good so far so bring a rain coat in case lol

Tweaked the Fruit and Nut Crackers recipe a lil so the fruit is a little smaller. Helps get a better crunch all around.

I was able to add rosemary from Beleaf Blooms LLC garden and a mixture of Fall and Spring honey from Bee Sanctuary Honey Farm conveniently located a few blocks from where I bake so can't get more local than that!

Organic dried fruit with local herbs and local honey. I also add turmeric and other spices for flavor and for the health of it when I can lol perfect crackers for a charcuterie or yogurts, butter, jams. Catch them at the markets this weekend!

Flavored with fruity pebbles and cap'n crunch cereal! Perfect breakfast mix for if you can't decide on cereal or cinnamon roll 😋

Fruit and nut crackers and all the regulars!
(Even pistachio butter filled)

Grab a bag of these fruit and nut crackers tomorrow at Palafox Market and if there's any left for Sunday Market on Palafox I'll let you know 😉

Organic dried fruits mixed in with spices and cashews. I also added a few sunflower and pepita seeds. Fantastic for a charcuterie board or to pair with some good butter 😋

I also have a new cinnamon roll flavor but you'll have to come out to see 😁. See y'all this weekend!

Looking good so far! Still got a few things of each left! No more pistachio filled dark chocolate or miso dark chocolate today.....or black sesame cookies lol but plenty of other options!

Palafox Market is getting busier so may not have anymore left 😉🤞
