49 years ago, our founder Jim Holler took a chance, bet everything, and won.

Today, we honor the courage needed to take that leap of faith, dive headfirst into the unknown, and trust that the what’s meant to be will be.

What started as a hot dog stand on palafox street has grown to a Pensacola staple, where everyone is still greeted with a “hey y’all”, and the warm ‘everyone knows your name’ type of energy that Jim brought with him that very first day.

Cheers to 49 years, Pensacola.
