This weekend, Chef Frank Taylor is bringing a Spanish-inspired special to the table: Rosemary Beef Brochettes with Patatas Bravas, Roasted Garlic Aioli and Sauce Bravas.

Tender beef and fragrant rosemary meet crisp potatoes, roasted garlic and the subtle heat of bravas sauce; a combination that draws from the bold, uncomplicated flavors of Spanish cooking.

Summer evenings in downtown Pensacola call for something fresh and straight from the Gulf. 🦀

Through the weekend, Chef Frank Taylor is serving up chilled local Blue Crab Claws with smoked tomato, olives, capers, dill and crumbled feta.

It’s light, refreshing, and just a little fancy (kind like us😉).

It’s the kind of dish that feels right when the sun is still hanging around, but you can almost feel fall waiting to make her debut.

Abigail celebrated her birthday at Global Grill with friends, and she understood the assignment.

She showed up with her nails perfectly matched to her Lemon Drop Martini, because apparently, when you’ve found the best Lemon Drop in town, you coordinate your manicure accordingly. 😂

Made with Belvedere Vodka, our Lemon Drop is bright, lemony, perfectly chilled and birthday-girl approved. 💛
