Tomorrow is our final day open.

It's hard to believe we've reached this moment. After so many wonderful years of serving this incredible community, tomorrow, Sunday, June 28th, will be our last day with our doors open.

Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Our selection will depend on what we have remaining from today, so we can't promise which mini cheesecake flavors will still be available. We do know that Coconut Cream and White Chocolate Caramel Pecan will be waiting for you, along with any other flavors we still have in stock.

We'd love the opportunity to see you one more time, whether you stop in for a favorite mini cheesecake or simply to say goodbye.

We have been asked by many of you whether Szotski's might continue. While nothing has been finalized, there is someone who has expressed interest in purchasing the business and carrying it forward. We are hopeful, but until everything is officially in place, we are moving forward with tomorrow as our final day and don't want to promise something we can't yet guarantee.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your celebrations, family traditions, and everyday moments over the years. Your support, kindness, and loyalty have meant more to us than words can express.

• (AVAILABLE TOMORROW) Key Lime Pie Slice ($4.75): A refreshing classic! Our Key Lime Pie features a smooth, tangy lime filling made with real key lime juice, nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust. Topped with a swirl of whipped cream for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

COOKIES:
These cookies are baked fresh daily but are limited quantities. Some flavors may sell out before the next day's bake.
• Of Course Chocolate Chip Cookies! (2 for $1.75): Two golden-brown cookies, slightly crisp around the edges but soft and gooey in the center, studded with generous morsels of rich, semi-sweet chocolate.
• Cowboy Cookies (2 for $2.25): Packed with flavor, our Cowboy Cookies are a rustic classic with a twist! Each cookie is loaded with rolled oats, rich chocolate chips, sweet coconut flakes, and crunchy pecans creating the perfect bite every time. Baked fresh and made with real ingredients, these cookies are big, bold, and satisfying.

• (AVAILABLE TOMORROW) Banana Pudding ($4.50): Creamy pudding chock full of bananas, vanilla wafers and vanilla cake then topped with fresh whipped cream sprinkled with crumbles of wafers.
• (Limited) Peanut Butter Scotch Blondie ($3.50): Our blondie filled with peanut butter, chocolate and butterscotch chips then spread with peanut butter scotch and a chocolate peanut butter scotch topping.
• (Limited) S'mores Cookie Bar ($3.00): Graham cracker brown sugar cookie layered with marshmallow creme and chocolate chips. A melty, gooey, sticky delicious treat!

• Rugelach Cookies ($3.00): Buttery pastry cookies rolled with sweet, spiced praline pecans and dusted with powdered sugar.
• Buttermints ($1.75): Sweet, buttery, smooth old fashioned soft candy mints.
• White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies (2 for $2.25): Buttery and golden with a soft, chewy center, these cookies are loaded with creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts. Each bite strikes the perfect balance of rich sweetness and nutty indulgence - pure cookie bliss in every crumb.

We hadn't planned on baking this Saturday, but we've received so many requests for a couple of your favorite flavors that we've decided to make a special baking day.
