Named after the street Sauce Boss calls home, this pizza brings together the best of both our kitchens. We’ve taken Sauce Boss’s homemade sun-dried pomodoro sauce and combined it with our own perfected dough to create a flavor profile that is bold, fresh, and unforgettable.

Loaded with Calabrian chili sausage, diced pepperoni, and finished with fresh arugula and a drizzle of our famous hot honey, this pizza is the ultimate mash-up for flavor lovers.

Introducing The Tarragona — this month’s Pizza of the Month, created in collaboration with Chef Eli Cook of Sauce Boss Burger Co.

Built on a rich sun-dried pomodoro sauce, it’s topped with fresh mozzarella, Calabrian chili sausage, diced pepperoni, a drizzle of East Hill Pizza’s signature hot honey, and finished with fresh arugula for the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just the right amount of heat.

Named after the street Sauce Boss calls home, The Tarragona is the perfect companion to The 12th Ave, the Burger of the Month at Sauce Boss. Two local favorites, each inspired by the other’s neighborhood.

The Tarragona is available exclusively at East Hill Pizza, while The 12th Ave can only be found at Sauce Boss—so you’ll have to make both stops to experience the full collaboration.
