WOW — Y’ALL SHOWED UP FOR US YESTERDAY!!! ❤️🙌

Sometimes we fumble. Sometimes we fall a little short of the experience we want to give you — and yesterday was one of those days. We were short-staffed, the waits were longer than we wanted, and we know some of you had to be extra patient with us.

And you were. ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to every single person who showed us kindness, patience, grace, and understanding yesterday. You have no idea how much that meant to our little local mom & pop restaurant.

BUT TODAY?! 🔥🔥🔥

WE ARE FULLY STAFFED — probably OVERSTAFFED 😂 — AND WE ARE READY FOR YOU!

Let’s do it again today and let us show you what True Grit Kitchen & Cantina is made of! 💪🌶️🍳

Great food. Big flavors. Good people. And a whole lotta GRIT.

Come hungry. Bring the family. Support LOCAL. Support MOM & POP. ❤️
