Nothing says Calvert’s on the Bay quite like a Fried Seafood Platter.

Sweet peaches. Peppery greens. Creamy burrata. A little crunch, a little tang—and a pesto drizzle that brings it all together.

Our Burrata Salad layers baby greens and arugula with ripe peaches, tomato, red onion, and candied walnuts, finished with pesto and honey balsamic. Every bite hits a different note, and somehow they all work beautifully together.
