Fun micro roastery discovered today while in NOLA. They are an experience destination. We didn't have time for their niche but still enjoyed some delicious selections from the menu. They specialize in working with you one on to help you roast your own coffee and offer many classes to the community. In a city that is deep in their chicory coffee history this cafe faces challenges of introducing new roasts and origins to their customers. It is their goal and passion to expand the palate & knowledge of different coffee with their customers. I personally loved that they use clean syrups in addition to this!
