FAMILY! Meet Austin Wolf ! He is one of our newest crew members and is an absolute crusher on the line. Austin is deaf and while that comes with some challenges, he meets them head on and encourages us to grow alongside him. We are all learning new ASL signs daily and learning to communicate with him better and better. Austin, thank you for the opportunity to work with you. You are a STUD on and off the truck and we look forward to our journey together. Who knows…. Maybe you’ll be running that truck in Austin, TX one day 😴 💭 🤘

SHOTS FROM THE FRONT LINE: When a crew member pulls out their phone in the middle of their shift to snap one, you know it’s special. Big love to all y’all who voted for us in the “Best of” yearly stuff. We honestly don’t pay a whole lot of attention to those and try to just keep our heads down and pump out the best burger we can. But that doesn’t mean it’s any less appreciated! Perpetual gratitude to our crew and customers. The backbone of possibilities.🙏🤘

SMASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN 🐔 🔥 All month long at both locations. Fight fire with fire and let’s put this Summer away! Available in 3 or 6 piece options and we highly recommend ranch to go with em. The Grillo's Pickles bring it all together like the dudes rug. Bout the closest thing you’ll see to a taco coming off the truck.

CLOSED TODAY! BOTH LOCATIONS: Doing a little mental health day and reprieve from the heat. The crew has been killing it. The customers have been non stop. Which is all AMAZING! But…. We’re still human and Florida is still hot as the dickens. Everyone is off today and we’re taking the squad out for dinner tonight for any employees who want to go. No obligations. Just relax and enjoy the day! Love our crew, love our community. See ya Tuesday🤘🫶

The Pensacola community never ceases to amaze us:) Jesse certainly has some angels looking out for him 😇 Thank you to everyone who contributed, shared, sent good vibes and to that special big donor out there. You know who you are! This will certainly bring some level of relief to Jesse and his family. While the road to recovery is just beginning, it’s nice to know how many people truly care and helped start that road off with some big love ❤️

Our employee at the Brown Bagger Food Truck, Jesse Jarrell, was struck by a car yesterday while riding his scooter on the way in to work. Both of his ankles were broken and so was his back. He'll be going into surgery today, which will hopefully be a success and he will begin the long road to recovery.

Needless to say, this will be a trying time for him and his family. Jesse is a stellar employee and will be greatly missed during his recovery. We pride ourselves on banding together during the tough times and we want to extend every effort to help lighten the financial burden of this accident.

If you are able to contribute to this cause, please know that it will be greatly appreciated and truly affect this man's life. If you are unable to, then that is okay! Please keep him in your thoughts and send as many good vibes as you can:)

We'll kick off the first $500.

Stay safe out there and look twice for motorcycles... and scooters!

Sincerely,

Tim Thompson
Co Owner, The Brown Bagger Company

CRESTVIEW: BREAKING GROUND NEXT WEEK! Who knew commercial development took so long?!🤣 Building/bar/beers in the back by Alga B**r Company and burgers, chicken and Brussels in the front from The Bagger.

Hoping to be open early 2027! Can’t wait to start hiring out there and get this thing rolling. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the Crestview community so far. There are so many cool projects and motivated civic leaders making real progress. We’re just excited and grateful to be part of it all.

If you see us over there messing around come say hey!🤘🙏
