📣 The owners of Troubadour Dining have an exciting announcement to share 📣

On February 8th, Alex and Ashley Lamonte will be opening a new concept featuring small batch artisanal gelato and coffee at the Historic Sacred Heart Hospital (De Soto & 12th Avenue) in the East Hill neighborhood of Pensacola.

Lamonte Gelato specializes in Italian style gelato made in house daily, offering a lineup of 14 flavors and house made waffle cones with dairy and gluten free options. All of our recipes include carefully sourced high quality ingredients with no fillers to evoke the flavors found in some of Italy’s finest Gelaterias. House specialties include gelato truffles, fraps & affogato. What goes better with gelato than locally roasted coffee? We will be pairing our sweet treats alongside a fully stocked espresso bar with a custom blend by Jo Alla Prima Coffee.

*We are currently hiring rockstar baristas and scoopologists to join our team. Prior experience in a cafe setting is strongly encouraged. Opening hours will be five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, 12pm-8pm with hopes of opening up to seven days by the summer.

It is finally time to address the rumors that have been traveling around Pensacola.

On October 3rd, 2022, we will be closing our doors as we venture into new culinary projects within the city. The owners, Alex and Ashley, will be taking a small hiatus getting married and working on several new concepts which will soon be announced.

We are incredibly grateful for both of the spaces , and for allowing us to share their spaces throughout the 3 years of Troubadour’s run. We absolutely could not have done this without your generosity, thank you!

A huge thank you to all of the magical people who have worked with us along the way. The time and energy that you devoted to our dream is so incredibly appreciated and we love you all!

To our guests, many of whom have become friends, we are incredibly thankful to have gotten to serve and know you. It has truly been the best part of our job. We still have one more menu to serve you and can’t wait to continue to make amazing and exciting culinary offerings for you in the future.

Thank you Pensacola for the patronage and love you have shown us over these 3 unforgettable years. We will forever be grateful for our time as a pop-up and are looking forward to growing in spaces of our own.
