Chef Keith and the Elevated Entree team have created a menu that's packed with New Orleans flavor while keeping you on the dance floor all night long.

Chef Keith's culinary experience includes catering for major events for Brandon Lake, Phil Wickham, Dude Perfect, and the Harlem Globetrotters, and we're excited for him to bring that same level of quality and service to the Glow Ball and to you!!!!
