We take great care in every step of the drink making process. From sourcing green beans to crafting syrups - the goal is integrity, quality, and ultimately enjoying something worth savoring.
Every Saturday we present a new latte special. These have become a favorite for all. We spend anywhere from a week to several months creating unique and balanced syrup concepts. Some trial recipes don’t work and don’t make it onto the white board at the register. Some trial recipes do work and become community favorites.
Either way, it is a process and involves much thought, problem solving, and taste testing.
This weekend the latte special is an orange cream latte. Real orange juice from our neighbors at .replenishpennsburg . Real orange essential oil. Real cane sugar. Real vanilla bean paste. That’s it.
We hope these drinks land in your hands and create happy moments. A moment of “ah, yum”, a shared sip with a friend you haven’t seen in a while, a thank you gift to your local police officer, a boost to keep being a great mom, a reward at the end of a difficult week….you get it.
