I love smoothies and juice, but I love and honor authenticity, kindness and compassion even more. Oh empathy too. I love empathy.

Compassion isn’t complicated. Kindness doesn’t require talent, money or perfect circumstances. Authenticity most often is the foundation to both, it’s moral. Empathy is often born out of experiences you lived, felt and witnessed repeatedly. I think about this stuff pretty in depthly (if that’s even a word), a lot and try not to lose sight of it.

It’s easy to become trapped in our thinking and I truly believe that we have to renew our thinking every day and sometimes multiple times a day. I truly enjoy observing customers and people in general and have for as long as I can remember. It’s fun to read and research these things too. I just finished reading the first of two books written by Dr. James Doty (go search them up!).

The challenge is that many of us spend so much time trapped in our own thoughts, worries and insecurities that we stop noticing the people around us. The more self-focused we become, the smaller our world gets. We create a prison in our own minds.

The moment our attention shifts outward, everything changes. We start seeing opportunities to encourage, help, listen and serve.

Compassion, kindness and empathy is available to everyone. Sometimes we have to get out of our own way.

How does this relate to Raw Replenish? As I said earlier, it is fun creating healthy options for our community, in fact it’s a privilege I don’t take lightly. We have the best customers at Raw. I’ve always said that, but I notice it more and more everyday. We also have a great team of gals who truly care to see our customers happy. That makes my heart smile too. I’m so thankful to be apart of this great community.

This was 10 years ago when my daughter was 5. The first official wholesale delivery to my licensed kitchen in my home garage in Northgate. I’ll have to see if I can re create the photo in our parking lot in Pennsburg, but they deliver at 5am now, I’m not sure she would be too thrilled waking up that early for a photo op! 😂😂 We were doing deliveries and local shipping then and continue today with The Raw Routine.
