I opened a restaurant because I like cooking. Apparently I also signed up to be a content creator, cameraman, and part-time dancing monkey for the algorithm. 🐒

So here I am, making cheese sauce and talking to my phone, hoping the internet turns this into somebody saying, “Let’s get Raging Bull tonight.”

Could I do a trending dance? Yes.
Would it help sell cheesesteaks? Unclear.
Would my wife ask me to take it down? Immediately.

For now, you’re getting cheese sauce and a small business owner slowly accepting his career in show business. 🧀🎬

Come grab something to eat. I’d like to keep stirring cheese as my primary talent.
